Ryan’s background spans capital markets, trading, prime brokerage, and digital asset market structure. He previously worked at BMO Capital Markets in equity derivatives trading and global markets, with experience across financing, risk, and institutional trading workflows. Prior to BMO, he worked at Clear Street, a venture-backed fintech platform, where he focused on equity finance trading, strategy, and operations.
Ryan is an MBA candidate at Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management, focused on finance. He graduated from Colgate University in 2019.
Matt is a software engineer with experience building production infrastructure, AI systems, and enterprise automation platforms. He was a Founding Engineer at BlueFlame AI, where he helped build core infrastructure through the company’s Series A and acquisition by Datasite. He previously served as Head of Software Engineering at Roots Automation.
Matt graduated from Colgate University in 2019.
